This is a pretty barebones dealership. I haven't seen any of these during my visit.Had not been washed in months. Had old fuel in the tank. Had not been routinely started or driven more than twice. Has scratches on the driver door handle. Second fob is still missing. When I got my financing I was told "0% loan car prices are non-negotiable". Was this true?We were rushed because it was the end of the day and some forms were messed up. Including the wrong limited power of attorney form. It took more than an hour to make it through all of the paperwork and I still have to go back to fix things.I still don't have my FOB and its been rescheduled multiple times now after I have followed up.More detailed information regarding options were not shown on the product page for the vehicle I bought.

They had me down for a oil change and tire rotation however they did not rotate my tiresI’m giving a 10 because I know that anything less than that gives an unfair rating for the team in question. However, I am extremely worried that only one Mitsubishi dealer exist around me now and my car still has a few few years under warranty so I’m concerned with what happens when all the Mitsubishi dealerships are closed.

I think if the warranty is that tight on rules, you guys need to set the stickers for that number, not all of us are car savvy and buy new because we expect the dealer to take care of itHonestly, it wasn't Swope it is the rule no one told me about, I had to use my 30k oil change, because my car went over the 12k by 400 miles, which if someone told me sooner, I would have come in, but the sticker said 12,200 which I just find unfair
