I am a Customer Service Manager, and I feel like I have high standards and expectations. I truly can not express how amazing this purchase was. Typically I feel like when we purchase a vehicle, we never walk awat feeling like it was a great experience.... This experience was exceptional, hands down the best overall experience I have had with a large purchase. Thank you!!I have never had a car a car purchasing experience like this Wayne and Lucas both made it so incredibly easy we were actually in the showroom for probably minutes they did everything via text making it smooth transaction. We drove almost 2 hours because of their customer service. I have already recommended them and will continue to do so. We will be back for any future purchases.

They told us about 2 hours to complete. It over 4 hours to even get a call about it being doneTo my understanding from my wife . He was rude to her on the phone when she called about her car. Plus he told her we needed a battery. When she came to pick the vehicle up he showed her the test and said he wasn't lying to her. They battery was only 6 months old.

Very much appreciated having the car delivered since we were waiting for it to be detailed and a small blemish to be fixed. Everything was great.Sales experience was good. Sales associate was nice, very knowledgeable on the vehicle, and the overall time there for the negotiations and sales was reasonable.
