I have to take my vehicle back to be fixed due to parts unavailableI would recommend fully inspecting your vehicle before you leave the lot if buying a new vehicleEither an early morning appointment was available or later in the afternoon during normal works hours. Had to take a day off to have it serviced.

My vehicle was returned clean. No mechanics fingerprints on the doors, steering wheel, dashboard, or the hood. They kept me informed on the status of the vehicle because they were also updating a recall. One hit I must comment on, and I have done this too. Make sure the oil cap is in place prior to starting the vehicle after adding oil. LOF, add oil, start vehicle and make sure the oil light goes out. Recheck the oil level because now there is oil in the filter, and the oil level has now dropped. If the cap is left off during this procedure, the engine gets covered with oil spots. Like mine was. Not a lot but it needs to be addressed, and it could lead to a burnt oil smell and customers returning with complaints. I'll be back.A good vehicle. Friendly. Nice people

While they were troubleshooting the issue with our Outlander the communication on the repair was very much appreciated. This dealership has always been great to work with!Always very courteous. They kept us informed on the progress of the repair being done to our outlander. Every experience i've had with this dealership has been very professional.
