Location is not good for me but I will follow Dr Ghazal

The staff are very professional ,helpful and patient, the doctor is always ready, no long waiting in this office.

The gentleman receptionist who checked me in was quite efficient however, when a client was not actively in front of him, he was on some Internet sites, and the volume of the Internet sites could be heard throughout the waiting room area. The Internet sites were not appropriate for a professional office setting. If he is permitted to listen to Internet shows when clients are not in front of him, he should at least be doing it using earbuds. It is not, in my opinion, a professional presentation for the office.

My interaction with Mr. Phillip was the worst and unprofessional I've ever experienced

My appointment with Dr Ghazal was outstanding. He talked to me for over an hour throughly explaining and trying to reassure me after a bad experience with another provider. I loved his approach about trying to find ways to ease my pain rather than just giving a shot.

Dr. Ghazal is excellent once you get to see him, and he has excellent office staff. But it can be hard to get an appointment and the wait at his office can be very long (sometimes over an hour). Basically, patients want to see him because he explains their condition and possible treatment to them. But it takes time to do that.

There’s nothing else to say the Doctor and the entire staff has always been friendly and professional.
