hot water heater died after only 18 years...go figure.the maintenance team had a difficult time with the vendor sending a defective, the maintenance tech Jeremy had to haul the silly thing up, back downstairs, and then still bring the second attempt replacement back up stairs. All in all it was way too much work for something simple thanks to sloppy parts providers but handled nicely by the team.
