The salesperson I spoke with ‘Andy’ was polite and courteous. I didn’t receive what I thought was a reasonable trade in figure for my own vehicle and he responded professionally.

Close but just off the mark because of a lack of attention to the detail. My experience last week was on the whole good. Becky did a great job of booking the car in, talking to me about the work and handing the car back. On returning to my car I was mightily disappointed be the standard of the complimentary wash and vacuum. If you're going to do it, then do it well. You're a premium priced service which is let down by the details that would make it feel like a premium service. I left feeling annoyed that my car wasn't as clean as I was expecting it would be - a small detail which distracted from the overall experience.

Helpful as always and always left with a feeling that your people are on my side trying to make things happen.

It was a refreshing change being given the keys to a car and allowed the time to test it without a predefined route given and a 10 minute loop to make a decision about parting with a lot of money. Richard was pleasant and understanding of the circumstances so was not pushy in the slightest - a pleasure to deal with.

In going to this garage for 15 years it is the first time someone has approached me and asked could they help me buy a car!! Yes 15 years.
