I purchased an Audi SQ5 in October 2024 from Teeside Audi, I live in Leeds so I have had the car serviced at Leeds Audi today by Hammad Ahmed under my free service and mot package, which was in with the deal when purchasing the car. Leeds have said there is an urgent advisory and I quote,“incorrect brakes fitted on the front discs are too small and brake pads are sitting over the edge of the disc, strongly advice to replace with the correct discs and a new set of brake pads”. They have also sent me a video which I have emailed to Gary Andrews at Teeside, he has said that we will more than likely need to take the vehicle over to them. Even though the video clearly shows that the breaks are wrong and they need changing urgently, Teeside Audi is over an hours drive from me and not only is this a big inconvenience to me, but I will also loose a days pay in doing this. I personally believe I shouldn’t have to be liaising between Leeds and Teeside. The vehicle has been sold to me with those brakes on and I have been made to believe that I have been driving a dangerous car for the last 13 months. This needs to be resolved urgently and I don’t feel safe driving the car all the way to Teeside when I have sent the video. Audi at Leeds said if I had purchased this vehicle from them they would be able to sort this out for me, but as I purchased the car from Teeside and they are under a different franchise, they need to resolve this.Also Teeside think it’s acceptable for me to wait until they have spoken to someone on Monday, I don’t and this matter needs to be resolved as quickly as possible .

cust has a slow puncture took the vehicle in on Friday at 4.35 which was booked in via the dealership as this is on a lease contract. Cust asked for a call on Monday to get the car in and get it looked at and resolved. The cust feels like this should be escalated asap to get this all resolved. Cust would have been happy if you had just followed through with your promise to call him.

ST73 PAO Audi TT Final EditionGot my Audi TT serviced in August this year and 2024. Just checked the tyre pressures today, and every one was below 20 psi. Only done a few hundred miles since the service and would have expected the mmi to inform me if the tyre pressure was low on any wheel. It's obviously never been set up. Should I have done this or would this have been on your service checklist? The car was returned for a warranty repair for a separate matter.Never been doing donuts in any car parks, never been to Brands Hatch.Shouldn't this tyre pressure check be part of the service for safety?Also, I asked for service records of last year's service as well as this one and was told it's on the app. It isn't.

My enquiries to replace an existing car were met with consistently high quotes and poor trade-in values. Example Q6 etron Edition 1. £899.00pcm whereas I ended up purchasing from Dundee saving me £275.00pcm over a 48 month PCP.Just because you are my local dealership that should not allow you to take advantage. Especially when the car if financed thro' VWFS. Your sales agents claimed to match Carwow prices, but I ended up negotiating a better deal than Carwow.

My sales assistant was Steve .. he was absolutely brilliant .. he was patient as I'm terrible at making a decision .. he never ever pressured me i would've run a mile if he did .. he continuously searched for alternative options & his knowledge of the vehicle i was enquiring about was 1st class ..I never got over the line with a sale because of my own indecision but when I feel more settled I will be back to see Stteve 👍

I purchased a audi s3 from teesside audi rv22 znd3 weeks ago. Last week I had the rear tyres changed they were down to 2mm. I was informedby kwik fit that one wheel was buckled.I contacted teesside audi to book car in forinspection.two time in person two time on the phone with no response.
