Hopefully the re-reminder contacts are a thing of the pastExcellent work by Fiona Williams in sorting out my bumper payment for a surprisingly expensive automatic transmission oil change.And to whoever cleaned my engine compartment,well done looks almost like a new vehicle!

My enquiry was by phone and they person I spoke to came across very interested in my enquiry as did the sales person I spoke to.Unfortunately as a buyer with no part exchange you would not enter in to negotiation on your vehicle.I did purchase an almost identical vehicle in spec & Mileage which I ended up buying for some £3750 less from LSH MERCEDES OF STOCKPORT

I have this score because of Andy. He’s the most thoughtful man we have ever met at a garage. If only they were all like him the world would function differently.He always keeps us informed of everything we need to know, reminding us that our car is imminent and what we need to collect before we arrive. Dropped car off for a recall check, Natasha (a very nice pleasant young lady) welcomed me and dealt with it for me.

Quick service, everyone very courteous and helpful, comfortable waiting room.I had to readjust heating settings in the car when I started it up again. There was no need for the technician to change the settings
