Easy and straightforward to use.Happy with the overall experience. I was disappointed to find that a fault was found with the rear arm covers not being fitted correctly but the car has only had mechanical work carried out at Lookers Audi so how could this be so? I wasn’t happy to receive a quote for £200 for them to be swapped and put the right way. I don’t understand how this could be my fault and not picked up on before when the vehicle has been in for work. The service advisor was however very helpful when I picked up the car and is trying to resolve the matter.

the service received from Teesside Audi was really great the fault with my car isn’t fixed - apparently it’s a software issue that Audi knows about but don’t have a fix for as yet

Everything went smoothly, from checking in online to the car being ready on time, washed and vacuumed. My only issue is that the display telling me my oil change service is due wasn’t altered so I am going to have to work out how to cancel it.
