Online booking wouldn't work, I had to call after work. I went through the whole process 3nrimes just to get the message something went wrong.It was a late booking for my MOT and I really needed to be able to work around the time of the booking. Teeside Audi provided a quiet space to allow me to wait and work with refreshments and regular check ups to see if needed anything.

Booked in my Audi as wasn’t happy with aircon over the summer .my daughter has Nissan which has far superior aircon.apparently you think it’s fine I don’t.however on a positive note Merv was amazing such a gentleman so friendly and helpful. He kindly collected and delivered my car back .Thankyou so much Merv he is an asset to your company .

Does pretty much everything you need to book. Could perhaps have a little more detail on booking a service, I wasn't quite sure if it was the right option to choose, hence the need to call. Also needed a waiting appointment, as the dealership is 40 miles away from home.Excellent service from Fiona Williams, very professional, helpful and knowledgeable - she is a credit to the dealership.
