Amazing customer service from Andy. Went above and beyond and really understood my sons needs. From start to finish we were informed if everything that was happening and when to expect delivery. Even got a thank you card a week later. Well done Audi Teesside . Highly recommended

Very simple to use. App works well on my phone and laptop.Really helpful support from Anna Watson - she found ways to shorten the time the vehicle was in for its MOT. Very friendly. Booking the slot and checking it in was also very easy.

I gave it 3 stars just because I didn’t book online so don’t know what the quality of that service would be.Was easy to book via the telephone. All the staff at the centre were friendly and professional.

We have had a lot of cars from different companies but we got told by people to go to Teesside Audi because of Tom Hunter . I will never go anywhere else now Tom was fantastic lovely caring personality is fantastic very approachable and sorted out everything very quick

Everything went fine on the day but the team picked up that I didn't have a Service plan in place - it seemed to have been deleted at the point of sale in November 2022. Not sure why this happened as I thought it was in place but it got resolved
