All the work was not completed, I reported a grating on the rear brakes which has been there since a particularly hard frost froze my electronic handbrake on, I have had to book it in another date!.

The default to the Audi customer booking centre gave only an unrealistic timescale for a NOx sensor replacement. When I got through to Lookers it did improve. Why use that centre?
