Great friendly service, Kuz really looked after us

Amazing customer service from everyone i spoke to.Made to feel welcome as soon as i come thru the door, the lady on reception took me up to a desk as i still needed to work, got me a drink, and just to ask if i needed anything at all, everyone who came past said hello, and a gentleman walked past to make sure i was ok for a drink. Then a lovely gentleman came for feedback regarding the area upstairs, 10/10 i sat a full 1.5 hour training course and it was just been sat at work but nicer!!My Audi app still doesn't work but i was advised to drive back over which I will for help and to call if the inizalising issue wasn't resolved and it is still doing it, but i haven't had time to call, but will to get booked in.Overall lovely place, I've never been in a position were i have needed to come to an Audi garage and i have said to work and family how well i was looked after!Please thank the team!

The pick up and return service was excellent the gentlemen were very polite .

The price for the additional works, which included replacement brake pads and discs, is very high compared to a competitors, I’d prefer to use the same garage for all ‘wear and tear’ repairs but the the price list needs consideration

Very tenacious approach- I just decided not to go ahead

The only thing that annoyed me was the delay in getting the car fixed. I was basically using a dangerous car as the boot was faulty and would open or close by itself. It hit me twice and also two friends
