Upon collecting to my vehicle and switching on I noticed that I had an inspection in 500 miles warning display. Returned to the desk, car was taken back in to reset the display - had to wait.Also noticed when home that the complimentary car wash wasn’t the best as they had missed all the alloy wheels - thieve still covered in brake dust.

Excellent service once again. Stuart Eve took my car to work with him and returned it to my home when he finished work and the software update/repair had been successfully completed. Fiona Williams, as always, was pleasant, friendly and polite on the phone. Fiona kept me updated on the work that needed to be done and is an excellent advert for your company in the professional manner that she deals with the public.

I really appreciate the speediness in responding to my query. Unfortunately, I was not able to answer the call nor replied to the email sent. On the same day, the car that I am interested was already out of market.

Current service plan expires 4 September 2023, so might be interested in discussing this nearer expiry date.I would also be interested in getting a replacement 12V plug (missing from my vehicle) and minor accessory upgrades (mats; possibly dash cam) etc.

I would like to mention the attention to detail and of the Service liaison Fiona Williams, she patiently listen to me requests and adjusted my vehicle visits in line with the requests. Its a pleasure to attend a main dealership and be treated as a valued customer and again listen to, rather than dismissed with a comment similar to "sorry but car computer says so we must do"Thanks again.

You were let down by the way that Audi specifies the standard options on it's vehicles and the 6 month wait for a factory order. I purchased a Volkswagen who could provide a comparable model with adaptive cruise control (standard fitment) and supply it within 3 weeks.
