The service was excellent - I have used Teesside Audi for many years and the service has always been excellent from vehicle service to waiting lounge facilities.The staff are also excellent and I was very impressed by the Service Advisor - Ms Fiona Williams - who kept me informed of progress and provided refreshments while waiting.Overall a very pleasant experience.

3 stars for booking service once away from the dealership and taken by the booking centre. I rang to change the postcode for collection of my vehicle and was directed to the booking centre and not the dealership. All details taken and relayed back but the day before the service, the dealership called to check the postcode for collection which was the original postcode! Thank goodness they phoned to confirm. After that all went well but this is a sad indictement of our times when call centres (booking centres) do not work as well as the actual dealership. It’s got too big and left hand doesn’t know what right is doing. Sadly. More time must be wasted using this method I’m afraid.
