I tried to complete another survey from Audi. but I pointed out that the Reg No they have was not correct as my car has a personal plate. I could not complete the survey as I was informed we "cannot complete the survey at this point in time". This is the second time that this other survey would not complete (sept 2022 first time). Otherwise everything was professional and very well received.

Quotation for works extremely expensive for what it was, and the original booking for several weeks ago was messed up hence a further booking. On the day however, Tasha was amazing and the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
