The person who dealt with my initial enquiry was very helpful in sourcing the correct vehicle. Unfortunately due to timescales for an added option I couldn’t go ahead with the purchase. I have however found the right vehicle for me. Thank you.

This was my first time purchasing an Audi & the customer service is received was the best I’ve ever encountered. Paddy the manager was superb & went through every little detail with me and made me feel so at ease. My family members who can also noticed this. I will 100% be coming back and buying through Tom & Paddy everytime.

This was my first experience of Audi, as a nurse retiring from the NSH this was a significant purchase for me and I was quite nervous and uncertain about spending this amount of money on myself. Asim Khan has been extremely patient and understanding and never made me feel like my concerns were trivial. I therefore feel confident that I will continue to receive good support should I require any after sakes help.

I was very disappointed that Audi we’re unable to deliver a suitable financial package following their invitation to me to discuss my options! 3 visits to Audi Teesside were therefore a waste of my time. On the positive side, the work and professionalism of Sales Team Member Surtees during my visits was excellent!
