The automated telephone answering system lets Audi down. On one occasion it went full circle. I had to resort to e-mail to communicate with the sales team. Not impressed.

I pre-checked in on line (with digital signature) but still had to see a service advisor and sign a physical copy of work schedule, so not sure of the point of checking in on line really.Otherwise happy with service and thanks to Anna Watson for friendly welcome and efficient service.
