All good. A bit disappointed that Audi is still charging fees for collecting car from home, a practice that started at time of COVID. I believe other car agencies are not charging for this service anymore.

I would like to specifically mention Matthew Stott. Matthew was the agent I dealt with while purchasing an A3, I have genuinely not had a better customer service experience and he should receive praise and acknowledgment from his management for his sale on the 2015 Audi A3 ‘MT65 NUU’. He was a pleasure from start to finish and despite not living close to the Teeside branch, would have me going back when in the market for cars in the future.Another colleague who I spoke to briefly in regards to the cars alloys called Paddy, again was met with amazing customer service.I could not rate these agents any higher.

Leanne kept me fully informed of the repairs needed and managed my hire car. I was incredibly disappointed that my car needed a new gearbox after some 27,000 miles, and this does question my next choice of car.That said, all my dealings with all Teeside Audi staff have been excellent.
