Very good in house service from Teeside Audi.

3 stars for booking service once away from the dealership and taken by the booking centre. I rang to change the postcode for collection of my vehicle and was directed to the booking centre and not the dealership. All details taken and relayed back but the day before the service, the dealership called to check the postcode for collection which was the original postcode! Thank goodness they phoned to confirm. After that all went well but this is a sad indictement of our times when call centres (booking centres) do not work as well as the actual dealership. It’s got too big and left hand doesn’t know what right is doing. Sadly. More time must be wasted using this method I’m afraid.

As always at audi Teesside great friendly staff excellent service, nothing is ever a problem. Whilst I sat and waited for my vehicle the staff are always making sure you are looked after offering drinks , can't beat a cappuccino and a biscoff. Thank you guys for yet again great service

I always return to Teeside Audi for my cars, they have looked after me for the last 12 years and are always helpful and courteous throughout, a special mention to Adhil Riaz and Craig Swash who once again looked after me throughout.

I have a very positive view when dealing with staff . Everyone was very friendly and helpful
