Dealership excellent but Audi Uk have been disgraceful, unhelpful, unprofessional to an appalling extent. Customer of almost 50 years and was buying my 13th Audi.Ordered a new A3 in November 2021 with delivery expected about July 2002. Happy to accept that.After a few months date put back a month at a time until advised that build would start October 2002 and would be completed in about three weeks. In November no sign of anything and would not give any information initially but then said on 7th November it was on way to port but subsequently still no one would say where it was and any delivery schedule. On 10 Jan 2023 car put on a hold list. No one knows why at the dealership, including the principal and Audi Uk would say absolutely nothing.Advised in February it was having quality checks, despite being told that it was all completed and ready. Would not say what checks were. Advised that reached ship on 21st February but no one would say where the car had been for three months or why. Total silence.Car eventually delivered and picked up on 4th March.Dealership as frustrated as me but they were great. Not one hint of communication or apology from Audi Uk regarding this purchase which obviously had problems For a company like Audi this is beyond acceptable. Sorry for this but please share this as high as possible with Audi management as local management got nowhere trying to help..

Received a mail from Lookers advising you could source a deal for me, but then nothing was suitable or a good deal could not be found, it’s a bit disappointing as expectations were stimulated. I think you need to be review how customers are approached, we have bought several cars from you so I’m left feeling rather under valued

A very pleasing experience with all the dealership staff being friendly and helpful but a word of special praise for Kyra Watson.Because of world events, the purchase process lasted around 10 months and Kyra kept us in the picture about what was happening and when throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. Kyra is a definite asset to your business.

Lack of communication in the service department. We were told after the vehicle service that it needed a full update. When visited this time for the update. Informed it was not the A4 that required this but the A3. ???
