People at the site couldn't be better, but the central booking line are very hard work!Each year I diary to book earlier, forever in the hope that I may be early enough to secure a courtesy car - this year I booked in Jan for an end March MOT expiry - still wasn't early enough - I'll book before Christmas this time!!

I received an email from my service advisor, which was not addressed to me so I contacted them regards it as I wanted to be sure that it was meant for me and that my email address had not been added to another customers record.Following my service I have had to return to the dealership, as my oil/service indicator had not been reset.
