Very good service from all of the staff I encoutered

Experience on the day excellent. All staff helpful and friendly. Service efficient. Booking system terrible as transferred to Glasgow and no waiting appt available for 8 weeks. Would find somewhere else for the MOT next year due to your lack of appts.

From booking the car in for service to finally picking up the card was an efficient and friendly experience. The reception staff, Andrew Birkett the Service Advisor, Liam Stoke the Technician are all to be applauded for the excellent customer service. I was fully kept up to date every stage of the process. Not only does this instil confidence but ensures I would not want to go to any other garage. As I wanted to walk home after dropping the car off I was given a take away coffee to drink on my way home. A special touch. Thank you to all. concerned.

As always a professional and helpful experience. Definitely worth having the service plan in place. Would recommend highly.

Tashi who dealt with me was excellent,very professional and friendly.

This is the first time I have not had a video from the service and I had to have the rear springs replaced I would have welcomed a video explanation on this !My service plan has now expired and I have not received contact to update for a further couple of years !!

fiona williams looked after my car and kept me upto date with the progress and after service enquiries for future work.she was a lovely happy person, well informed , keen to look after the customer,not pushy on any way, a credit to audi.the other staff i spoke to were also very nice, a good place to deal with.
