Although this didn’t cause any real problems my MOT time & date was booked in through “Head Office” which differed slightly from the time that Lookers Teesside had me in at. This was the day the new registrations came out, so I’m appreciative of how busy people were.Other than this change of time the rest of my experience was as always impeccable, from being greeted by Darren at the door, looked after by Jade & Toni and finally by Anna & David who ran through the MOT with me.

A very nice young lady greeted me at reception and told me that Fiona would be my contact..I left the car and my wife and I had a walk whilst car was getting done..We got back early and were given coffee & biscuits then when the car was ready (after complimentary wash) Fiona explained what had been done…Fiona obviously knew her stuff and her pleasant manner made her a joy to deal with…
