As the vehicle is a moterbilty car im not happy that i am having to contact yous to arrange servicing. Im not recieving reminders for this and that there was no courtesy car available for time the car was with yourselves

Based on my credit score & 6 years history without a missed payment together with 3 years history with VW Finance I felt insulted that an underwriter needed to determine my affordability. I’m a business woman who would not enter into a finance agreement irresponsibly. They were the downfall of progressing further.

Agreed to wash and vacuum, this was not carried out and this has happened a few times.Curtesy car was agreed to be a 5 seater, call day before and was informed it could be an A1. Luckily they had a A3 available. At time of booking this was agreed.
