Lack of communication in the service department. We were told after the vehicle service that it needed a full update. When visited this time for the update. Informed it was not the A4 that required this but the A3. ???

I would like to call out the service I received from Richard Singh in particular supported by Gary was absolutely faultless. From the first interaction to the last I could not ask for better service from these two guys. Richard really went above and beyond to keep me up to date despite delays etc even answering calls on his day off to ensure I was kept informed. I can’t speak highly enough of these two and what an asset they are to your company. Thank you and we will be back to get my wife’s car from you based purely on the service we received.
