Service was fab but was price now bought a Range Rover evoke as better deal

The service from Lookers Teesside is just so professional, always friendly, always helpful. The whole experience is stress-less, from the car parking guys through. Craig Jones, is first class in his knowledge and explanations, and he just instils trust, which let's face it when you're female dealing with things mechanical is not the go-to experience you skip about, but Craig makes it seamless, glitch free.

I was impressed with the service I received and video. Staff were attentive and welcoming and appreciated that I have to drive for over an hour to reach the centre. Audi as a brand, seems to have a very good customer focus, which seems to flow down to dealerships.

Courtesy wash and vacuum could be better. Car windows very streaked.

Waited a long time (5 weeks) for the initial booking to get a service `while you wait` but i think this was due to staff absence. On the actual day i think an update on how much longer i would need to wait would have been helpful because i was expecting about 2 hours and it was nearly 3.5 hours.Otherwise it was fine.

Vehicle clean could be improved but not a major issue

Friendly service from start to finish in a welcome environment. Hot and cold drinks available if you choose to wait and a comfortable seating area.

Ahdil and Kuz were extremely helpful. They kept me up to date with delivery timescales and were happy to answer any questions I had all along. Keep up the good work

The woman who dealt with with my car had very good communication and went through what they were doing on the day my car was in she did a great job I think her name was Tasha

Kyra was great. Only disappointment (no fault of hers or Teesside Audi!) is the long lead time for Q4s. Hard to get excited about something we’d need to wait over a year for
