This is the first time I have not had a video from the service and I had to have the rear springs replaced I would have welcomed a video explanation on this !My service plan has now expired and I have not received contact to update for a further couple of years !!

fiona williams looked after my car and kept me upto date with the progress and after service enquiries for future work.she was a lovely happy person, well informed , keen to look after the customer,not pushy on any way, a credit to audi.the other staff i spoke to were also very nice, a good place to deal with.

I would give 5 stars for the first answer but the car was advertised as having apple car play but I now know it hasn’t been activated and will cost money. I’ve contacted teeside Audi over a week ago and waiting for a reply.

The service provided by the service depart Is, as usual excellent, my only complaint that I have with the branch relates to my after sales dealing with the salesman I dealt with, Steven Jarvis. I contacted him several times by telephone and also by email regarding the absence of a charging transformer - to allow charging using a domestic 3-pin plug. He made several promises to get back to me yet did not and it left me feeling very disappointed, as it was not the after sales service I had previously experienced from the branch. I gave up trying to chase it with the view that it is likely to be the last vehicle I buy from the branch!

The finance options have increased so markedly that a similar aged Q5 to my own Q3 now costs more than THREE TIMES per month. WHY?
