Overall a positive car buying experience. I would recommend reducing the amount of communication conducted via email, as this removes all personality from the car buying experience and makes it feel impersonal. When questions were posed via email, some were simply ignored. All face to face and over the phone interaction was very good and the sales person shared my enthusiasm about upgrading my car.Presentation of the car - The presentation conducted by the sales individual was on point and incredibly detailed, showing his passion and enthusiasm for the cars. This energy was contagious. The preparation of the car (not sure who conducted this) was once again, disappointing from Audi. The interior vehicle cleanliness was poor, with gunk and muck all around various crevices within the car such as the centre console. Mud ingrained within the carpets, which wouldn't have taken long to wash.As this is my 3rd iteration of buying an approved used Audi, I have noticed that Audi are losing their care for customer loyalty. You no longer get small personal touches such as small gifts, or even simply a branded keyring to go with your car. No options of negotion to include servicing packs or smart protection products. Such a shame to see Audi lose this level of customer care and appreciation.

Overall experience was positive . Buying a car can be quite stressful but Matthew Stott and his manger paddy were very helpful and informative without being pushy and over bearing . We were made to feel like an individual rather than a commodity to a sale which is something that’s rare in a car sales room ! We were kept up to date with everything and made to feel valued .Will absolutely continue to use teesside Audi

On both occasions I had immense difficulty in parking my vehicle on site the initial visit I had to leave the car on the adjacent road outside a private property. This is worse now than ever before.
