Both the reception staff and Craig, my service manager were wonderful. Very friendly and efficient.

The telephone updates from Natasha were good when my car was being worked on. My score of 4/5 is due to no one contacting me about the appointment in the first place and I had to make the call even though I was told they would phone me with a date.

Excellent communication and customer relation skills from front of house staff, especially Fiona & Andy.All questions answered in a professional manner making me feel at ease, nothing was a concern or problem to them. I was kept up to date throughout the day.

Overall very good despite being rang &told the vehicle was ready for collection, upon getting to the dealership approx 45 mins after getting the phone call the vehicle was ready I had to wait in the show room then told after about 20 mins the car was being driven around the front for my collection, I waited another 15 mins out the front & then returned into the showroom where I asked where my car was after another 5 mins the car was brought to the front..!!!

Lovely staff who were very welcoming and informative when I dropped my car off.Shame I didn't receive a video if the work done on the car but staff explained there was a technical hitch with uploading it.The valet was good but the boot wasn't vacuumed which was disappointing.Overall my experience was a positive one.Very happy with my car thankyou.
