From initial booking to actual repair it was 2 months,, in my opinion this is far too long, then poor communication on the day it was supposed to be picked up, took a day longer than booked in for, I must say though that the staff were very friendly and helpful, and I would understand that a lot of what happened was beyond their control.

First rate service, as always.

No issues with Rhianne, she was brilliant.Only thing was that the car wasnt fully checked and cleaned properly when i collected - maybe due to shortage of time as it arrived that morning. There was various bits of rubbish stuffed places - boot area mainly, wheel caps missing and reg plate cap missing which would have been easy to replace if noticed by a team member.

Max Hastings could not have been more helpful.

The service received from Leanne was fantastic and is no fault to her. However a little annoying as the car had to be returned three times. The first time it was given back to me “with nothing wrong” after the car failed again twice it was fixed on both occasions for similar issues. Hopefully it is fixed this time however believe it should have been dealt with the first time round properly rather than leaving me without my car for nearly 8 weeks!Again no fault from Leanne as she was very informative and kept me in the loop all the way through
