Staff at Audi Teesside were lovely, very helpful and knowledgeable however very disappointing to have been told twice by the contact centre to attend for a test drive at 11am. having driven for 50 miles we discover that the contact centre hadn’t communicated this with Audi Teesside and the car that I was planning to test drive was already booked out by someone else meaning we had to wait a further hour. Dealing with a contact centre rather than the branch directly is very disappointing, distinct lack of communication on their part
