Teesside Audi have been excellent in the way they have dealt with the car’s faults. An extra thanks to Andy who has been excellent. A little bit more communication as to updates on cars status would have been nice but in no way has it spoiled the service provided. Thanks Teesside Audi and to everyone who got roped in to listen to my questions and concerns.

I really liked the opening to the conversation about booking the service: "your car has been in touch with us over the weekend to tell us it needs a service". That's a joined up system and heralds good things for the future. Be careful to keep it on the side of helping the customer and not business development - which Audi in general, and Teesside Audi, sometimes feel as though they do.Anna was brilliant as the service adviser and was careful and thorough - again which I appreciated.
