My car inside wasn’t cleaned properlyThe car tyre warning light on the car was still there when I picked the car up

This is my 3rd Audi A1 and I was really impressed by the level of customer service with this 3rd and the 1st purchase but, less so with my second and I nearly didn't come back to the brand. However, I have to say that both the sales representative Khuram and Steve the manager were excellent at Teesside Audi with my recent 3rd purchase of an Audi A1 and I will be back along with recommending the Khuram and Steve to my friends, family and work colleagues. My car needed to stay in an extra day. I was called 15 minutes before the dealership closed on the Saturday to say my car was ready. I live 30 minutes drive away. I had been waiting in all morning for the call

I got a complementary wash and valet but to be honest I don’t think they had done either . Otherwise a perfect experience

Asked the service advisor to cancel my Audi plan as I would like to consider a new plan. The old plan needs to be cancelled by Audi. Asked the advisor in person and again over the phone but 4 days later still waiting. 😕

Had to ring several times for an update on progress as calls were not returned when messages left.

Excellent service even when the sales person dealing with me went sick - cover was very good.Only slight gripe was the low valuation for a relatively new part exchange given current shortages of under 1 year old cars but having bought over 25 cars in the last 40 years this is clearly not an unusual experience for me. The company had clearly tried to maintain lower finance costs which clearly was good for customer services.

I have always been satisfied with my experience with the dealership. I intend to continue to use Teesside Audi as my first choice in all aspects.
