The communication with all the staff was brilliant, my car was collected from home I informed them that between a certain time I had to pop out the collection guy 10 minutes before I was due to leave arrived so I had no stress getting back home, all correspondences was over the phone from Audi so was kept up to date, the collection and return of the car is a fantastic service and a lovely bonus having the car valeted the guys do a great job, thank you teesside Audi I'm impressed with your service thank you.

A little confusion due to communication but those involved were quick to rectify and were as helpful as could be expected even arranging the hire of a car to keep me on the road over the weekend...

Tom was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Also Darren was a life saver helping me with my Audi connect as Tom wasn't available when I went back.
