Very courteous and knowledgeable staff I decided on a different vehicle closer to me in the end .

The service received from Leanne was fantastic and is no fault to her. However a little annoying as the car had to be returned three times. The first time it was given back to me “with nothing wrong” after the car failed again twice it was fixed on both occasions for similar issues. Hopefully it is fixed this time however believe it should have been dealt with the first time round properly rather than leaving me without my car for nearly 8 weeks!Again no fault from Leanne as she was very informative and kept me in the loop all the way through

Great, effective service

The collect and return service was spot on with the timing and person in question very informative about the process.

Teesside Audi have been excellent in the way they have dealt with the car’s faults. An extra thanks to Andy who has been excellent. A little bit more communication as to updates on cars status would have been nice but in no way has it spoiled the service provided. Thanks Teesside Audi and to everyone who got roped in to listen to my questions and concerns.
