Did well - allowed me to use wifi and sit and work whilst my car was being worked on. Offered free hot drinks. Really helpful reception & admin staff. Nice clean car once work complete.Could do better - not sure if heating was broken but it was cold, didn’t bother me too much but can’t have been very nice for the staff & other visitors.

No complaints about the dealership but Audi, the brand/company, have let us down hugely by accepting an order and deposit for a vehicle they are not able to supply. 16 months on and we were no further forward, resulting in us having to compromise on the car we have now ordered. Hoping we are not let down again with delivery times!
