I really liked the opening to the conversation about booking the service: "your car has been in touch with us over the weekend to tell us it needs a service". That's a joined up system and heralds good things for the future. Be careful to keep it on the side of helping the customer and not business development - which Audi in general, and Teesside Audi, sometimes feel as though they do.Anna was brilliant as the service adviser and was careful and thorough - again which I appreciated.

I value the collection service. If it wasn't available, we would consider changing agents/maufacturer

This is my 3rd Audi A1 and I was really impressed by the level of customer service with this 3rd and the 1st purchase but, less so with my second and I nearly didn't come back to the brand. However, I have to say that both the sales representative Khuram and Steve the manager were excellent at Teesside Audi with my recent 3rd purchase of an Audi A1 and I will be back along with recommending the Khuram and Steve to my friends, family and work colleagues. My car needed to stay in an extra day. I was called 15 minutes before the dealership closed on the Saturday to say my car was ready. I live 30 minutes drive away. I had been waiting in all morning for the call

I got a complementary wash and valet but to be honest I don’t think they had done either . Otherwise a perfect experience

Asked the service advisor to cancel my Audi plan as I would like to consider a new plan. The old plan needs to be cancelled by Audi. Asked the advisor in person and again over the phone but 4 days later still waiting. 😕
