Excellent service even when the sales person dealing with me went sick - cover was very good.Only slight gripe was the low valuation for a relatively new part exchange given current shortages of under 1 year old cars but having bought over 25 cars in the last 40 years this is clearly not an unusual experience for me. The company had clearly tried to maintain lower finance costs which clearly was good for customer services.

I have always been satisfied with my experience with the dealership. I intend to continue to use Teesside Audi as my first choice in all aspects.

After a problem with a previous annual service was rectified, your service rep. offered to look at a minor intermittent door lock problem free of charge, as I have a 60 mile round trip to the garage which had been most inconvenient. The service dept. had failed to find the problem in the distant past, but managed to rectify it this time, and managed to provide a new courtesy car for the 5 days my car was in the workshop

Our salesman, Andrew McCamley, was exceptional. His presence, knowledge, personality and communication was above and beyond anything we expected and it made our experience very relaxed and pressure free as we expected our first baby around the time of delivery of our vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to go and see Andy as he is a credit to Audi and the showroom.

All staff where great, from going into reception to sitting down with the sales advisor.
