When I booked the car in for the MOT I was asked to bring the car in for 1000 hrs but was not told that it wasn’t going to be MOT’d till 4 o’clock. But was reminded that the dealership closed at 5.30 so had be collected before then.I got the video where they said everything to do with the suspension system was ok but when I collected the car was told that the coil spring mounting damaged..And the mechanic who did the MOT was not available as he’d gone home.I asked if someone was able to show me how to lift the back seat of the car but was told that it could be lifted but I would have to come back to the dealership another day to get shown.

I had to go back to work and the Teesside Audi pick my car up and returned it on completion. Excellent customer relations from all the team. Becky went above and beyond to make sure that I was communicated with throughout, an excellent team to deal with which gives you a real piece of mind.

Though I am entirely satisfied with the service you provided, I am unhappy that the front suspension coil spring broke after only five years and 10,000 miles. I intend to pursue the matter further.

Car wasn’t clean wing mirrors untouchedTechnician was rude about my tyres saying they were budget tyres as they were 150 each I don’t consider that appropriate
