My initial viewing at Teesside Audi was very poor. Basically ignored. However I returned a week later and was met with Ross Bradbury who has been exceptionally helpful and eventually found my ideal car.

On every occasion I have brought my car in the last 3 years I have mentioned the adaptive light fault. Still not rectified.The fault is getting more frequent can I please get the issuer sorted.

Only annoying thing was I had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting area just to hand my key in to someone, even though my car was booked in at a specific time, would of just been better to hand it in to reception so there was no waiting time, apart from that everything else was great
