Extremely professional way in which handled. Impressed with the guy who welcomed me by name at the door and then accompanied me to service desk and gave details to receptionist. Nice touch

I used the male toilet at about 0820hrs - it was obvious it had not been cleaned for some while what with the amount of dust and dirt there was around the floor. The mirror was splashed and the toilet bowel was not as I would have thought for that time of day. The situation suggested to me the cleaners were being less than professional.On a positive I was delighted with my service representative- she was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised when my rear washer nets were replaced free of charge - thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Audi Teeside. Dealt with by Leanne at the Service Desk throughout Leanne was very efficient and understanding of the issue. She booked the car in, provided a courtesy car and kept me updated daily on the progress of work being carried out. Leanne is so friendly, efficient and helpful. My initial contact with regard to changing my car was via an appointment with Ross Bradbury. Ross was very helpful and thorough all the way through the process from initial enquiry to the hand-over of the new vehicle. A very professional and friendly customer service.

This is a follow up to my previous review to update the correspondence I have had with Teesside Audi since. My initial problem the car being delivered without the extended interior ambient lighting pack multi-coloured that we had paid for as an optional extra but it actually came with no ambient lighting pack at all and we had not been told about this change so we could consider our options.Audi have been really great and have initiated an investigation to find out how this communication breakdown has happened and indicated that they will resolve the issue and this may require ordering another vehicle of the original order spec. I appreciate this will take time but we would rather wait and get the car we want. This shows the exceptional level of service Audi do offer. We are really happy with the work by the team at Audi Teesside so far and I intend to post another review with the final outcome but I am very hopeful the team will resolve this for us. Thanks again to Audi Teesside but specifically Tom our sales advisor and Gary the General sales manager.
