Haven’t been back to Teesside Audi since Daniel Smith left, as the service we received after he left was horrendous.My daughter wanted a Audi TT, so we thought we would give them another go, and the service we received from Ross Bradbury was excellent. Back to how it used to be when we dealt with Dan Smith.

We felt the car was still dirty inside even though we were told they would wash/ valet the car. Slightly, disappointing otherwise an easy experience.

Gareth who welcomed me to on my arrival and showed me to my car when I picked it up was very friendly and helpful. And Craig my service rep was very informative and helpful.I was very disappointed with the wash service again, as my car especially the tyres weren’t even clean. This isn’t the first time I have had this either.
