Fiona from lookers was very helpful. However my vehicle is two year old and has 7500 miles on for its second service. Very disappointed having paid the service plan for two years then advised I would have to pay for a courtesy vehicle plus an extra £70 for brake fluid . Hence I think this is extortionate and have since cancelled the plan. Staff were very well dressed offered me a hot drink and knew my name upon parking my vehicle up

Problem could have been found at previous bookings and car was sold to me with fault which should have been identified at pre sale checks.
