I was pleasantly surprised with the Friendliness of the staff the senior Sales Manager and Ross the sales manager whovv cab oukny have been more helpful so well done as the end result meant I purchased the A5 Audi

We have discounted Audi due to the quality of the interior. It is functional but lacks the plushness of its competitors

I did not get a call when my vehicle would be ready so went through for 5pm , then to be told it would be 1/2 as they have been short staffed. I understand these things happen, but a call would have been appreciated as I had my two young grandchildren with me

Very good experience again, was only booked as a 30 minute health check so decided to wait at the dealership and due to a vehicle software update crashing when loading was there much longer than that but was comminuted to me by service team so wasn’t really an issue. Customer parking at the dealership could do with improving!
