It was great. I had heard good things about the Audi garage in comparison to others I have had to go to with other cars in the past. Service was great, comfortable waiting area to get on with work, drinks provided. Service was done quickly and all good!

The Audi warranty approval system wasn’t working so unfortunately the car was in the garage for 8 days for a minor problem .Fortunately I had a courtesy car and was kept informed but it did feel a bit bizarre …

Service experience was fantastic, however the curtesy car I was extremely disappointed with. I have been an Audi customer for 6 years and have always used curtesy cars when my car has been in your dealership. This prompted me to buy another brand new Audi as I enjoy a previous curtesy car so much.I understand you can’t always offer an Audi, however we were given a SEAT Ibiza, manual (my current car is an automatic so this took some getting hard to again). The car was filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, the gear stick was pitted in dust and crumbs, the cup holders had dried food crushed to the bottom and there was a large empty Vimpto bottle rolling around in the back. Considering the dealership needed to keep my car for an extra day, it was not a very pleasant driving experience with the curtesy car supplied. I made Craig (who was dealing with my car) aware of this, who agreed the car was in a disgusting state and apologised.

They Audi salesman who helped me through the process was called Asim Khan. He was excellent, kept me informed all the way through and even phoned to see if everything was ok once I had purchased. A credit to the Audi company and great asset

Tasha Dodds was great from our car arriving at the garage for a repair she kept us upto date with everything and the situation. Could not thank her enough as she went above and beyond.
