Due to the number of service software updates it was necessary to keep my car overnight, I was called and it was explained why etc. the software updates did remove all my Audi user access so I had to reset everything in the app and car again. It would have helped if I’d been told this. Just in case you have other customers calling.

It was booked in 10 weeks in advance but you still failed to have the parts ready meaning it had to remain in the garage for an additional day. Not good really. Tash was excellent though and was a pleasure to deal with.
