The salesman, Craig Swash, was extremely helpful in guiding me through every stage of the process; Trade in, Cherished number plate transfer, Purchase, Finance and Orientation with the new vehicle.

Very pleased however on the day comms were lacking due I believe to a lack of staff.....however, if a "promise" is made to either get a car ready for a certain time or to call back, its not great when that doesnt happen!

Staff at the front door were so nice and helpful. The Staff member who delt with my service process went above and beyond negotiating with the lease owners who were very difficult and unhelpful.

Booking - waiting 6/8 weeks for an appointment is dissapointing, especially as this was a warranty issue to do with air conditioning in the hottest time of the year...
