I did not get a call when my vehicle would be ready so went through for 5pm , then to be told it would be 1/2 as they have been short staffed. I understand these things happen, but a call would have been appreciated as I had my two young grandchildren with me

Very good experience again, was only booked as a 30 minute health check so decided to wait at the dealership and due to a vehicle software update crashing when loading was there much longer than that but was comminuted to me by service team so wasn’t really an issue. Customer parking at the dealership could do with improving!

Tom Hunter was the sales person I met throughout the purchase of the car and I received a 5 star service throughout from ordering the car to collecting it on 1 September keeping me up to date during the build. This is my 4 th Audi from Teesside & I have got a first rate service every time.

It was great. I had heard good things about the Audi garage in comparison to others I have had to go to with other cars in the past. Service was great, comfortable waiting area to get on with work, drinks provided. Service was done quickly and all good!

Service experience was fantastic, however the curtesy car I was extremely disappointed with. I have been an Audi customer for 6 years and have always used curtesy cars when my car has been in your dealership. This prompted me to buy another brand new Audi as I enjoy a previous curtesy car so much.I understand you can’t always offer an Audi, however we were given a SEAT Ibiza, manual (my current car is an automatic so this took some getting hard to again). The car was filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months, the gear stick was pitted in dust and crumbs, the cup holders had dried food crushed to the bottom and there was a large empty Vimpto bottle rolling around in the back. Considering the dealership needed to keep my car for an extra day, it was not a very pleasant driving experience with the curtesy car supplied. I made Craig (who was dealing with my car) aware of this, who agreed the car was in a disgusting state and apologised.
