This is my second car from Audi Teesside, James Sheldon was the Sales Executive and he was fabulous, friendly and helpful. I was put under no pressure and I feel he genuinely was trying to get me the best deal he possibly could. All of the staff I met from the receptionists to James's manger(sorry cant remember his name) were really helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish. Stuart (General Manager) and Kuz ( sales) are the two people we have dealt with for our Audi’s.It’s my third A1 and many husband has had 3 Audi’s from here as well we would not go to any other dealership for our cars. 10/10

Once again, having had 2 new tyres fitted, the pressure values were not stored . As a result, the warning light to indicate a problem came on.It is difficult to to address the problem if you are not into IT and as I live 20+ miles away from Teesside, I am not intending to go back for the garage to deal with the issue.I also asked for new windscreen wipers to be fitted which was not done.

Don’t try and get work that’s not needed

The guy at Teesside Audi who dealt with me was called Derren and he was most helpful. Very friendly and did all he could to address my issues. The ladies on the front desk were also very friendly and helpful.

I really appreciated the extra effort Fiona went to in organising my spare key to be collected and my car to be returned to my house.Thanks!
