The team cleaning the vehicle after the work let the facility down. Work not done and what was, was very slap dash. I did point this out to the servicing team who have dealt with it, however, it is not down to them to keep the valets on point

I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful man at the door and offered a drink by a welcoming lady on reception. Craig’s service was exceptional as usual and the entire experience was faultless and professional. Always a pleasure bringing my car to the service department. I will be looking to upgrade my car soon and intend to stay with Audi for the premium service they offer.
