I purchased a new Audi Q5 NU25HVL on 25/05/2025 from Audi Teesside. It worked well as have my previous 4 Audi cars purchased from them until 12/09/25 when car started displaying many warning lights. I called Audi Assist who came to my home cleared the faults and said take the car to your dealer as they need to investigate the underlying problem. I did this the same day, I was only dealt with by the reception staff who took my details and said someone would contact me about a courtesy car the next week as this was Friday afternoon. I did not hear anything for 13 days so I called into the dealership to be told the car had been checked and I agreed to return on 26/09/25 to collect the car. I returned on 26/09/25, collected the car , drove it 200 yards and the same faults returned so I took the car straight back to the garage where I was introduced to Craig Jones (customer care) . He immediately organised a courtesy car for me and said he would take charge of the situation and update me as to progress. Then after 9 weeks on 03/12/ 25 and various updates and an improved courtesy car which proceeded to have similar issues to my car I collected my car apparently with all issues resolved. I received a gift bag as a thank you for my patience. However the car only lasted 4 days until 07/12/25 when all the same fault codes returned and this time the car would not start I had my 90 year old mother with me on a cold December day I had to arrange a taxi to collect her while I waited 2 hours for Audit Assist. Unfortunately they could not come so they sent a recovery company to come to help me they lacked the full diagnostic tools of Audi Assist but got the car started they told me to drive it home which I did and contact the dealer on 08/12/25. This I did , having tried to start the car but all the same fault codes were displayed and the car would not start so I contacted Craig Jones who said they would organise a courtesy car and look at the car again on 09/12/25.My complaint is that I procured via PCP a £53k car that does not do what it should be expected to do , I have now been without my own car for 3 months. The car has failed repairs 4 times to my knowledge and no progress is being made. I have no confidence in the vehicle now, other than further warranty repairs is there any alternative solutions you can offer me. I will certainly be seriously considering not purchasing another Audi. My partner and I have bought 8 Audi and VW cars from Lookers since 2010 and this is undoubtedly the worst.

Sales team not willing to talk about a deal found them a little abrupt to be honest

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent after-sales experience following the purchase of my car. I am disappointed to say that the process has not met the standard of service I expected from Audi, and I feel it is important to bring these concerns to your attention. On the day I received my car, I immediately encountered a fault with the window, which began opening by itself. I returned to the garage the following day, where an issue was identified. I was advised that I would receive a call with the next steps; however, no one contacted me. When I chased this up, I was told that my contact details had not been recorded, despite these clearly being available from the vehicle purchase. After the repair, which involved fitting a new switch into the door panel, I received the car back. Only a couple of days later, I noticed a further issue with the same passenger door—this time, it would not open from the inside. I returned to the garage once again and was told, without anyone actually inspecting the car, that this could not be related to the initial repair. I was again advised that someone would call me to arrange a booking, but no call came, and I had to chase this myself the following day.Given that this was a major safety concern, and no one had yet looked at the vehicle, my father examined the door. He found that the cable inside the door handle had not been attached—something that appears very likely to be connected to the earlier repair.I attempted to email the garage with my concerns, but my messages repeatedly bounced back as undelivered, despite using the address listed on the website. This added further frustration to what has already been an inconvenient and disappointing experience.I would appreciate clarification on how these issues will be addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure that this does not happen again. I also hope that my feedback will be taken seriously, as the level of communication, follow-up, and care throughout this process has fallen short of expectations.Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. I look forward to your response.

Andy McCamley was fantastic. I am due a company car so needed some information and a test drive before ordering through out lease company. Andy helped us with everything, the information was fantastic and really helped us chose a car. Thanks so much

I purchased an Audi SQ5 in October 2024 from Teeside Audi, I live in Leeds so I have had the car serviced at Leeds Audi today by Hammad Ahmed under my free service and mot package, which was in with the deal when purchasing the car. Leeds have said there is an urgent advisory and I quote,“incorrect brakes fitted on the front discs are too small and brake pads are sitting over the edge of the disc, strongly advice to replace with the correct discs and a new set of brake pads”. They have also sent me a video which I have emailed to Gary Andrews at Teeside, he has said that we will more than likely need to take the vehicle over to them. Even though the video clearly shows that the breaks are wrong and they need changing urgently, Teeside Audi is over an hours drive from me and not only is this a big inconvenience to me, but I will also loose a days pay in doing this. I personally believe I shouldn’t have to be liaising between Leeds and Teeside. The vehicle has been sold to me with those brakes on and I have been made to believe that I have been driving a dangerous car for the last 13 months. This needs to be resolved urgently and I don’t feel safe driving the car all the way to Teeside when I have sent the video. Audi at Leeds said if I had purchased this vehicle from them they would be able to sort this out for me, but as I purchased the car from Teeside and they are under a different franchise, they need to resolve this. Also Teeside think it’s acceptable for me to wait until they have spoken to someone on Monday, I don’t and this matter needs to be resolved as quickly as possible .

cust has a slow puncture took the vehicle in on Friday at 4.35 which was booked in via the dealership as this is on a lease contract. Cust asked for a call on Monday to get the car in and get it looked at and resolved. The cust feels like this should be escalated asap to get this all resolved. Cust would have been happy if you had just followed through with your promise to call him.

ST73 PAO Audi TT Final EditionGot my Audi TT serviced in August this year and 2024. Just checked the tyre pressures today, and every one was below 20 psi. Only done a few hundred miles since the service and would have expected the mmi to inform me if the tyre pressure was low on any wheel. It's obviously never been set up. Should I have done this or would this have been on your service checklist? The car was returned for a warranty repair for a separate matter.Never been doing donuts in any car parks, never been to Brands Hatch.Shouldn't this tyre pressure check be part of the service for safety? Also, I asked for service records of last year's service as well as this one and was told it's on the app. It isn't.
