Don’t try and get work that’s not needed

The guy at Teesside Audi who dealt with me was called Derren and he was most helpful. Very friendly and did all he could to address my issues. The ladies on the front desk were also very friendly and helpful.

My partner and I were very pleased overall by the person we spoke with, James Sheldon. He was friendly, went through all facets of the car we had taken a like to and answered all of our questions honestly. I feel sure that we would have been offered the opportunity to have a test drive but it seemed unnecessary, given the fact that we were unlikely to get the car by November/December, if not later, because of the problems in Ukraine. However, despite James' valiant efforts, we were unable to get a loan, a situation that I subsequently investigated, and may be able to negate given sufficient time. If so, we may be knocking on your doors again.

Car was recovered by Audi Assist otherwise I would have had to wait until August 22nd

The customer care was excellent, especially from Nicola Speight who looked after me from beginning to end. She kept me informed all the way through too.
