My experience when sorting out a new car was excellent James Sheldon was friendly informative and had excellent communication skills keeping me informed throughout the process especially as there was a waiting time of just over 4 months for the new car Thanks to James all went well and he made it easy for me to have no problems recommending Teesside Audi to others and for myself to return in the future

Sales executive Steve Jarvis was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job in making the overall experience a pleasure

Teesside Audi were excellent, doing their best to keep me informed during a 10 month wait for the vehicle. However the same cannot be said of Audi UK . I deliberately chose the options on my car with the aim of keeping the cost below the £40000 tax bracket. The delay in manufacturing resulted in a much longer wait- during this time Audi chose to increase their prices twice , despite having been unable to fulfil their current order list , & this brought the cost of the vehicle on the day I received it over the £40,000, leaving me out of pocket by £1800 in tax over the next few years. While I appreciate the car price was honoured from the time I ordered it , this was a monthly outgoing I had deliberately sought to avoid . Had Audi informed me directly of the impact of their price increases I could have amended the chosen options as the car had not yet been built
