Excellent service and friendly and knowledgeable staff. The car was serviced and MOT’d promptly and then washed so it was returned lovely and clean to me.The only issue that I’m having is that I am unable to set up an all in service plan for my car ( I’ve been trying for around 10 weeks) I’ve been onto Audi Uk, Audi Finance and the dealership are also trying to sort this out but are getting nowhere with the issue. I think that this is unacceptable for a product that Audi advertise and offer.

Andrew McCamley was very helpful and friendly in explaining the differences on the electronic vehicles. I couldn’t have asked for more from him, he was interested in my thoughts and requirements and was very knowledgeable about the cars.

I called after work to see if the car was ready (my booking was at 11:30am and I had dropped this off at 8:30am before work) as the vehicle tracking was not up to date and said it was in the workshop? The lady on the phone checked and said it was ready so I made my way over. When I arrived I had to wait 35 minutes. Everyone was lovely, offered drinks and were apologetic but thought it would have been a quicker process.

Disappointed that on the video survey report, my front two tyres we reported as "red" and requiring replacement. However, when I called to authorise and advise that my lease deal with Audi/VW was maintenance and tyres inclusive, I was told that you could not go ahead with the replacement of the tyres for another 1000 miles. Necessitating a re-booking and the associated inconvenience. Not good.

As always, I am very happy with overall customer service received from Lookers Audi
