car was well cleaned at the end of service and free fitting of the audi data block was a nice bonus

Forgot to wash the car but did offer a complimentary wash when I was back in the area.First class service, from initial greeting through to picking the car up.

Had issues with our car a few times. Pleased we booked courtesy car as our car was in the centre for 3 weeks. I would ask that the service team or other would keep us informed a little better than they did. I had to ring in a few times for update. However in the end our car was brought back to us instead of us collecting it. Plus, we were called by sales team few weeks ago to ask if we would sell our car back so we thought about it, rang up and we’re told someone from sales would ring back with buy back price but that never happened.

When collecting a new vehicle the engine bay should be cleaned and all four tyre pressures checked. Should not have to be one of the first things you have to check.
