The new Audi Service manager at Teeside was excellent and after numerous car issues and the fact my air conditioning in the car was faulty he managed to get it in the next day after we were initially told it would be a 6 weeks wait to get the car in.

Generally really good, very quick drop off and simple collection. Only feedback would be inconsistency around having a drink offered on vehicle collection. Had been asked on drop off, collection told to take a seat whilst other customers were offered drinks. Offer all or none would be better. Thanks

Friendly and efficient service from start to finish

Dealt with Andrew McCamley who has been excellent trying to source a suitable vehicle. Whilst so far we have collectively not been successful, he has kept us informed and continues to search for one. Very impressed with him and his conduct which has been much appreciated, highly recommended.
